Its in remarkable condition considering its age. The originial fabric is in excellent condition. There are no tears, rips, or odors. There is some very slight fading on the sides which you can notice when you remove the cushions. It really is not distracting. There are three small spots where there is what looks like white paint. They are on the same chair in these locations: on the bottom front right; front of seat cushion; and left arm rest. All are shown in detail in the last three photos and the photos are considered part of the description. less
